Todd Fish Tech Ltd is a small family business run by Sea-E-O Errin Todd and her husband Dr Keith Todd who is a marine biologist. We are based in Donibristle Industrial Estate in Dalgety Bay and have a large workshop facility. We manufacture shellfish storage systems and have won many awards for innovation and manufacturing. Todd Fish Tech has a friendly team and we ensure every employee is respected and valued.

A Manufacturing Technicians role includes:

• Plastic welding and fabrication
• Industrial plumbing
• Working with power tools (plastic welders, panel saw, drill, band saw etc.) and hand tools.
• Stock control
• Cleaning and Tidying the workshop including recycling.
• Assisting in the operation of our CNC routers
• Assisting Fish Tech Engineers
• Manual Handling

The ideal candidate would have Highers in English, Maths, a Technical subject OR a Science subject

AND / OR

1 years’ work experience ideally in a manufacturing or trade.

A HNC or HND in Engineering would be an advantage.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
