Large Tank Holds up to 350Kg of Bivalves
Our large bivalve purification tank is built from insulated fibreglass and engineered for practicality and reliability. Inside the tank, raised runners hold trays off the base, preventing the bottom trays from sitting in silt or muck. The system drains easily through a central outlet, making it quick and simple to clean between purification cycles.
Each system is completely turnkey, including everything you need to get started straight away including the baskets for holding your shellfish, flowmeter to ensure optimum flow rates at all times, hour run meter to monitor UV bulb lifespan and seawater chiller for temperature control. All parts are safe for shellfish and IP rated and we use quality components as standard for example the commercial grade ABS pipe and fittings. The UV steriliser unit, manufactured in-house, contains three 55W bulbs (165W total) for effective purification
Our systems are designed to deliver efficiency and consistent results for oyster and mussel purification. Our larger tank featured in the video holds up to 350kg of bivalves.
