rough-visualThe Todd Fish team are very excited to formally launch our new enterprise at the Aquaculture Exhibition in Aviemore on May 28th – 29th 2014 .

As well as our fantastic new website designed by Sean and his local company twohundredby200 we have a new exhibition stand and leaflets with fantastic photos of our Shellfish Holding and Depuration Systems. Many thanks to Fife Council and Fife Business Gateway team (especially Alasdair Busby) for the funding and support which has made this possible.

We have been lucky to be part of the Entrepreneurial Spark acceleration programme for growing businesses since February.  We are part of the Nest in the Edinburgh Hatchery (for businesses not lobsters!). The support, advice and workshops have been instrumental in helping us develop the business and we are truly grateful to the whole team. We have also been inspired and supported by fellow entrepreneurs in the E Spark programme.  Having built our confidence, validated our idea and worked on our Can Do attitude it is now time to let the most important people in our business see the finished product – Our Customers.  Many of you will have supported us in past ventures and we are really grateful for your loyalty.

Our vision is to revolutionise the seafood industry.  How? – Through Innovation, Communication with the real experts – the fishermen, and continually upping our game. Let’s do it better.  Let’s be environmentally and socially responsible.  Let’s ensure our customer service is 1st class.

UK seafood is world class. Our team will help you ensure your catch is the best quality throughout the supply chain.  Our system components are sourced in the UK and made in the UK. Buy British – your fish deserve the best.

Team Todd have developed equipment which is innovative, reliable, robust, hassle free and importantly cost-effective.  You will be the judge.  Let us know what you think!

Best Fishes – Always,

Errin and Keith
